Organic Buckwheat Flour. Often called “black wheat,” buckwheat is not a true cereal but a flowering plant whose seeds are milled into flour. Produced from carefully selected organic buckwheat seeds, this flour is characterized by its distinctive nutty flavor, dark color, and rich nutritional profile. Traditionally used to make authentic French buckwheat crêpes (galettes), it is also suitable for pancakes, breads, pastries, and gluten-free recipes.
